Q1: Are you factory or trading company?

A: We are a manufacturerand have been in this industry for more than 10 years.

Q2: How can Iget a sample? How long will it take?

A: For customized sample,we'll check if it's printable after receiving your file.You are supposed to pay both the sample cost and freight.I'll take 2-5 days to make sample,then 2-3 days or so to deliver by express courier like Fedex,DHL or UPS

Q3: Can you do the design for us?

A: Yes, We have a professional team having rich experience in paper box, design and manufacturing.Just tell us your idea, we will help to carry out your idea into perfect boxes.

Q4: What is your payment terms?

A: Usually by T/T in advance.At least 30% of total amount paid in advance as downpayment before mass production,and the rest should be paid before shipment or against copy of B/L

Q5: What is the lead time for mass production? How will you ship the cargos?

A: I'll take 7-10 days normally,10-15 days in peak season,and mostly based on the quantities. Cargos will be packed in standard cartons and piled on pallets,or follow your requirements.Shrink wrapping is available as per request .Then the cargos will bedelivered via sea or air.

Q6: What will you do for quality control?

A: When manufacturing and before shipping,the items will be strictly inspected by QC team and well packed.If the items are damaged when you receive,or if you are not satisfied with the items,please contact us as soon as possible.If the problems are resulted from our party,we will accept return, then arrange replacement or refund.
